European Program Fund

European Program Fund

PTPI European Council supports programs for chapters and members through the European Program Fund.

Aim

The aim of the fund is to promote PTPI chapters and members in Europe.

Target Group

Dues paying chapters chartered by PTPI and members in Europe can apply. There is no deadline, but applications should be made at least one month prior to the program.

Examples of support:

  • Chapters: Own programs, programs with other chapters or other organisation. New ideas for programs are encouraged.
  • Individuals: Participation in PTPI Worldwide Conference, regional events and participation in new and innovative projects.

Programs and participation should promote PTPE and its local chapters.

Example of programs that are not supported: studies and direct travel support.

Application

The application should contain at least:

  • Description of the planned program
  • Budget
  • Motivation for the application; (How can PTPI and the chapter benefit from the program?)

If support is granted, the recipient is expected to submit a financial report and reports for PTPI’s publications.

The applications should be sent to PTPI European Office. The EEC decides on funding and can support the whole amount applied for or part thereof.

If support is granted to attend a non-PTPI conference, it is expected that the applicant presents PTPI at the conference.

Support levels

The EPF supports rather hundres of euro than thousands. More support is given to groups than to individuals.
